即日起电话预定：拨打028-85551111后转接8122（报2026 ICSMD会议预定），预定时请提供预定人姓名，到离店日期，预订房型，联系方式等入住信息，会议前一周预订部会再次致电确认行程有无变化，如无变化会收取第一晚住宿费用。

Reservation Method:
Telephone reservations are available from now on. Please call 028 8555 1111 and ask to be connected to Extension 8122. When making the reservation, please mention the 2026 ICSMD Conference and provide the guest’s name, check-in and check-out dates, preferred room type, contact information, and other relevant accommodation details.

One week before the conference, the Reservations Department will contact you again to confirm whether there have been any changes to your travel plans. If there are no changes, the room charge for the first night will be collected to secure the reservation.
