Registration Fee 

Notes

1. Each full registration covers one accepted paper; each additional paper requires 1000 RMB.

2. Student registration does not cover paper publication in the proceedings.

3. Authors presenting more than three papers must pay an additional full registration fee for the 4th paper, and 1000 RMB for the 5th paper, and so on.

4. Registration fee includes: conference materials, access to all technical sessions, tea breaks, and meals during the conference.

5. Registration fee does not cover travel or lodging expenses.

6. Regarding the refund policy, half of the payment can be refunded if the request is made before the early bird pricing date. The refund handling fee is borne by the participant. No refunds will be made after the early bird pricing date.

1、每个正式注册可覆盖一篇已录用论文；每增加一篇论文需缴纳 1000 元人民币。

2、学生注册不包含论文在会议论文集的出版费用。

3、作者如需报告超过三篇论文，则第 4 篇论文需额外缴纳一次正式注册费，第 5 篇论文需缴纳1000 元人民币，依此类推。

4、注册费包含：会议资料、所有技术会议的参会权限、茶歇及会议期间的餐食。

5、注册费不包含差旅及住宿费用。

6、关于退款政策，早鸟价日期前申请退费的可退一半，退款手续费参会者自行承担，早鸟价后不退费。
